POWER OUTAGE:
Otero County Electric Cooperative will have a planned outage this afternoon starting at noon. While recently identified damage equipment in the Biscuit Hill Substation, to make these repairs the transmission line must be de-energized. The tribal offices will be closed effectively at noon today.
