The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement administrated by the Administration for Children and Families 45 CFR Part 309, this program policies and procedures have been developed by the Mescalero Apache Tribe Child Support Enforcement Office (MATCSEO) and has been approved by the Mescalero Apache Tribal Council in accordance with Art.
