This department consists of a crew of four men whom work mostly throughout the Mescalero Apache Reservation tackling various duties such as mending fence and building new fence anywhere across the Reservation. They also work with the Mescalero Apache Cattle Growers and other departments to lend a helping hand when needed. However, the primary objective remains that of building and mending fence.
