Due to the Shelter-in-Place Order pursuant to Executive Order 20-12, the Mescalero Apache Tribal Court is only hearing In-Custody Arraignments and Emergency Hearings.

The Hearings that were scheduled for October 19 to October 30 will be re-scheduled to later dates and notice will be bailed with those dates once established.

Regarding Continuation of Unemployment Benefits during next two weeks beginning October 19 through October 30, 2020

Human Resources assisted employees with filing weekly certifications on 10/19 and will be available again on Monday, October 26, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at (575) 464-9271 to assist furloughed employees with any questions you may have regarding available extensions and continued unemployment benefits, processes or problems you may be having with your unemployment insurance weekly filing.
