Starting Monday, May 18, 2026, the New Mexico Public Education Department will launch the “NM Senior Spotlight” on our social media! We want to shine a light on graduating seniors from every corner of the state, celebrating the diversity and resilience of our students.
We encourage submissions from all graduates, not just valedictorians or top achievers. If you know a student who has overcome challenges to reach this milestone, we want to hear their story!

-We’ll feature at least 3-4 students daily from May 18 to May 30, 2026. Let’s celebrate the achievements of all our seniors together!
