Highway 70 is currently closed at the Summit and HWY 70, as well as at Carrizo Canyon Road, due to a wildfire burning at Apache Summit.
We strongly advise everyone to avoid the area and be aware of emergency vehicles responding to the situation. Your safety is paramount! Drift smoke is in the area and other crews are motoring the surrounding areas in Bear Canyon and Fence Canyon areas
