We understand that there have been some questions regarding the “Back to School” assistance program and the “Dividend/Per Capita” payment to be issued on August 7, 2025. These are two different payments, coming from two different funding sources. All tribal enrolled children 0-18 years old are eligible to apply for the “Back to School Assistance Program”. Those of age must be enrolled in school. The “Dividend/Per Capita” payment is for those that do not qualifying for the “Back to School Assistance Program” and no application is required for the “Dividend/Per Capita” payment.
