Suffered economic impacts due to the coronavirus pandemic?

If you answered YES to all the above questions, then you’re eligible!

Are you not sure if you are eligible? Apply anyway!

Turn in your application as soon as possible or before the deadline date/time. YOU MUST TURN IN AN APPLICATION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT.

1. Application must be signed where permitted before you submit your application.
2. Ensure your mailing address is where you receive your mail.
3. Must submit your application BEFORE the deadline date/time. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE LATE.
4. Most importantly: If you DO NOT submit an application for Economic Support, you WILL NOT receive payment/check in the mail.
