Mescalero Apache Tribe South Fork and Salt Fires/Flooding Relief Program: Deadline is July 31st by 4:30PM

This program is funded by donations received by the Tribe through donations in the form of cash or gift cards.

This Application must be COMPLETE. You MUST attach:

1. A utility bill showing your name and dated within the sixty (60) days prior to June 17, 2024; or
2. Two of the alternate documents listed in the Program’s Policies & Procedures.

This Application must be returned by 4:30 P.M. on July 31, 2024. For evacuees, to receive payment on a Friday, this Application must be submitted by the immediately preceding Tuesday.

APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY ASAP

APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE DENIED

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DENIED

Applications must be submitted to the Front Desk at Tribal Administrative Offices, 108 Central Avenue, Mescalero, New Mexico or via mail to P.O. Box 227, Mescalero, New Mexico 88340, email to tcochise@mescaleroapachetribe.com, or facsimile to (575) 464-9191 by 4:30 P.M. on July 31, 2024.
