Attention Tribal Members who work off the reservation or have medical appointments during 2 week lockdown

Thursday, May 28th 830AM – NOON

Bring proof of shift from your employer if you are working off the reservation or bring proof of medical appointment to the TRIBAL OFFICES.

Proof should be in the form of a letter with your name, date and time.

Remember, Tribal Offices are closed to the public so Tribal security will walk-in your letter. Practice social distancing by staying 6 feet apart and wearing a face mask while waiting for your letter.

**THIS IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO CONTINUE TO WORK OFF THE RESERVATION OR HAVE MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS OFF THE RESERVATION DURING THE 2 WEEK RESERVATION LOCKDOWN.**
